Frederick W. Hainge, DPM, FACFAS
Dr. Fred Hainge is a board-certified podiatric surgeon specializing in foot and ankle conditions. He enjoys surgical privileges at several Colorado surgery centers.
After earning his medical degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, OH, Dr. Hainge moved to Denver, Colorado where he completed an internship and residency at Highland’s Center Hospital. It was here that he received academic recognition for his published residency paper “Principles and Methods of Clean Surgical Wound Irrigation” (Hainge, Fred and Buckholz, John M., Journal of Foot Surgery, 21:241, 1982).
Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Hainge has served as chairman of the Memorial Hospital Podiatry Committee, president of the Colorado Podiatric Medical Association, chief of the podiatry department at Doctor’s Hospital Medical Center, and as a podiatric representative for various orthopedic committees.
Dr. Hainge is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (FACFAS) and maintains memberships in the Colorado Podiatric Medical Association and the American Podiatric Medical Association.
