Physical Therapist

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, dedicated, and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in musculoskeletal care, excellent communication skills, and a patient-first mindset. This role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with orthopedic conditions, injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs.

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
  • Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities.
  • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-management, home exercise programs, and functional recovery.
  • Collaborate with referring physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal care coordination.
  • Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, community outreach, and clinic quality improvement initiatives
  • Masters (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current physical therapy license in the state of Colorado
  • CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Preferred: 1–2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience (new grads welcome to apply with strong clinical rotations in orthopedics).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients of diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and documentation standards.
  • Experience with sports medicine, post-operative rehabilitation, or return-to-play protocols.
  • Fast-paced outpatient clinic.
  • Patient caseload includes orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Hourly rate based on experience
